Win Tickets to Shearwater at The Parish on 5/29

Shearwater will take the stage at The Parish on May 29th for a very special performance. They will be performing their new album, Rook, in it’s entirety along with a string quartet, woodwinds, trumpets and a harpist. Shearwater recently performed a similar show in NYC to rave reviews.

Rook drops on June 3 via Matador Records, but a limited edition 7″ pressing of Rook will be available at The Parish on May 29. This 7″ will feature The Rainbow, a previously unreleased Talk Talk cover not available on the on the CD/LP coming out June 3. Be sure and stay tuned to this blog. I’ll have a preview of Rook up next week.
