Flipper Cancels Tour, Fun Fun Fun Fest Appearance
Brooklyn Vegan is reporting that Flipper has cancelled their upcoming tour, including a stop at Fun Fun Fun Fest in Austin. Rumors circulating indicate that the Flipper meltdown occurred when bassist Krist Novoselic (ex-Nirvana) left the band.
Fun Fun Fun Fest organizers are reportedly on the hunt for a replacement band. The annual festival is scheduled for November 8 - 9 this year, at Waterloo Park in downtown Austin.
