New Video from Quiet Company ‘It’s Better to Spend Money…’
Local powerpop rockers Quiet Company are following their recent CD release with a brand new video for their single It’s Better to Spend Money Like There’s No Tomorrow Than Spend Tonight Like There’s No Money.
The video features stop-motion techniques, light sabres and panda suits to name just a few things. An admittedly homemade video, Quiet Company has achieved a gritty indie feel that does not feel amateurish as other DIY videos have in the past. The video for It’s Better to Spend Money is fun, quirky and energetic, which pairs perfectly with the energy Quiet Company puts into the song.
Quiet Company will be playing several shows during SXSW including the Emblem Creative Day Party at Taylor Acoustic on Weds, March 18, a Saxon Pub Day Party on Fri, March 20th featuring the best of Texas Piano Rock and Red Gorilla Music Festival on Sat, March 21 at Vintage Lounge.
